Our kitchen
Every plate that leaves our kitchen is built to be shared — bright with spice, generous with the day's catch, and finished the way our chefs learned at home. From the open-air seating to the plating, we've kept Toncia the kind of place where a meal turns into an evening.
Family dining
We cook for families first — dishes sized to share, spice levels we'll happily adjust, and a menu wide enough that everyone at the table finds something they love. Goan classics sit alongside Indian, Chinese and continental favourites, so there's rarely a reason to compromise.
Fresh, always
We buy what the market and the boats bring in that day, then build the menu around it. Pull up a chair in our open-air dining space, let the sea breeze do its thing, and let us take care of the rest.
